About Me
Harshali Murudkar is a seasoned professional in human resources, education, and behavioral training. She majored in French and pursued postgraduate studies in management at Savitribai Phule Pune University. Her early career involved handling union-management relations in the manufacturing sector.
Transitioning to academia, Harshali has over two decades of experience as an HR consultant, behavioral trainer, counselor, and management faculty member. She is certified as a management trainer from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and has trained more than 10,000 students. Her expertise includes transactional analysis, and she is also a certified Pranic healer and an assessor for learning disabilities.
As the Founder Director of Gen Y Development Centre (GenYDC) in Pune, Harshali focuses on open schooling initiatives through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) board. GenYDC aims to provide alternative education pathways for students.
In addition to her educational endeavors, Harshali is an author. Her book, “Open Schooler to Life Topper: How can the NIOS Board change your child’s life?”, discusses the impact of the NIOS board on students’ lives.

With a strong academic foundation in Psychology and Sociology, Trupti Gowariker has been actively involved in her family business for over two decades, gaining deep insights into the dynamics of entrepreneurship and organizational management. However, her true passion lies in the field of education and mentoring.
Driven by a desire to connect with children and youth across all age groups, she has dedicated herself to promoting alternative educational pathways that provide flexibility and opportunity for all learners. She plays a vital role in guiding students through open schooling, particularly through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), helping them complete their Secondary (10th Std) and Senior Secondary (12th Std) public examinations.
Beyond academics, Trupti specializes in Personality Development and Life Skills training. Her sessions help students build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, and develop the resilience and practical tools needed to navigate life’s challenges. She firmly believes that education is not just about acquiring knowledge but about empowering students to become self-reliant and financially independent individuals.
Trupti is also the Co-founder of Ankuram Group of Institutes, an initiative that serves as a bridge between traditional education and skill-based learning. Through Ankuram, she reaches out to children from diverse backgrounds, helping them find purpose and direction in their educational journey. As an active Rotarian, she is deeply committed to serving the community, using education as a powerful tool for social change and youth empowerment.
